So will have to go out and buy an extension chain to be able to wear. But it something I wear when going out as it very delicate but doesn’t take away from its beauty. Really pleased that they shipped to the UK as I can’t find people who make things like this in the uk.

Thank you so much for your kindness and your beautifull review ❤️ I understand the issue you had with the length of the chain and I’ll take that in count. At the moment I already propose to change the length (which is written as mid-long and as being 45cm long in the description) before shipping and without adding any fees, but it may not be visible enough and I’ll try to add a picture to show it. But remember that I can make the length you want as I cut the chain myself :) I’m also thinking about adding extension chain by default with the necklaces. I’ll try to find something that fits the chain I use and that has as many warranty as the stainless steel chain I already use. thank you again, your review is really helpfull 💕

Article 1 - Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of jewelry, accessories and decoration of akiko's World.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices indicated are fixed in euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs.
In case of export of these items outside France, customs fees or other taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.
The prices present in force are subject to change, but only the price in force at the time of the transaction will be taken into account subject to availability.
Article 3 - Orders
For all orders placed on the AkikosWorld.etsy.com shop, you can contact me via etsy messaging or via my mailbox: akikosworldcrea [!at] gmail.com for any information. However, the messaging systems at your disposal do not allow you to validate a purchase.
Your order may be cancelled by me in the event of a supply problem or any other technical reason that may prevent its execution. In case of cancellation the order will be refunded in full (shipping costs included).
Excluding personalized order, the customer can also request the cancellation of the order until the shipment of the item, giving right to the same refund. Skip this date refer to the article on returns.
Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order placed in the AkikosWorld.etsy.com shop implies adherence to these General Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of it.
The order confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
Article 5 - Payment
Any order validation requires the payment of the amount indicated. This can be done securely using the Etsy credit card platform, PayPal and other methods used by Etsy that may evolve.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
The right of withdrawal also applies to sale, second-hand or destocked products.
Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessory). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. The return costs are at your expense.
The refund of your order will be made after receipt and verification of the item.

It should be noted that ordering a personalized product, made according to your requirements, does not allow you to retract on the product.
Article 7 - Availability
The products are offered to you in the shop AkikosWorld.etsy.com as long as they are visible and within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of your item I will contact you to determine if you want the replacement of the item (by an item of the same value or lower value, subject to a refund of the additional cost paid) or a cancellation of your order (offering you a full refund of your item and shipping costs).
Article 8 - Delivery
Your order will always be shipped to the address provided by Etsy, corresponding to the address entered when ordering or your PayPal address (if you pay via PayPal). I therefore invite you to check the validity of this information before any payment on the platform. In case of address error, please contact me within 24 hours to avoid a bad shipment. After this period I will not be responsible for the refusal of delivery of La Poste or the possible loss of the item.
In case of delay in shipping a message will be sent to you in your Etsy mailbox. In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of a delay in shipment, you have the possibility of cancelling the order under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product we will refund it under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
Article 9: Guarantee of products
The Seller's commercial guarantee does not prevent the benefit of the legal guarantee of hidden defects on the products sold and the legal guarantee of defects in conformity of the goods to the contract, according to the provisions of Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code.

When the customer acts as a legal guarantee of conformity:
He has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the good to act: Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code
He can choose between the repair or replacement of the good, subject to certain cost conditions provided for in Article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code
It is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity during the twenty-four months following the delivery of the good (Article L217-7 of the Consumer Code) and 6 months for second-hand goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted.
Legal guarantee of hidden defects on the products sold (see reference texts below):
The customer may decide to implement the legal guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold provided for in Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.
Article 10 - Liability
The customer is solely responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
Finally, Akiko's World cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 11 - Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is the French language. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Those made available to me (surname, first name and delivery address) are used solely for the purpose of shipping the items ordered on AkikosWorld.etsy.com. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal information and personal data concerning you, directly on your Etsy profile.
